Sasha graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University and has experience working as an ABA Therapist and camp counselor. In her spare time, Sasha is training to be a yoga teacher and loves hiking, playing with her cats, and traveling.
COO and Secretary
Kennedy has a degree in Business Administration and has dedicated part of her time to developing inclusive programs for people of all abilities. After work you can find her hanging out at coffee shops, going to markets, and trying new restaurants!
Karina is a recent Gonzaga grad with a passion for all things numbers and for celebrating abilities. She currently works in public accounting and is excited to be a part of Flair's journey.
CEO and President
Anthony has a background in Special Education, and has worked for a number of nonprofits serving the disability community including The Arc, Special Olympics, and Easter Seals. On the weekends you can find him camping, climbing, mountain biking, or reading at a coffee shop.
